    This was the trashiest bar I have ever stepped foot in. The bartender was drunk and dancing on the bar. We had to ask for our drink multiple times before she could remember what we asked for. Very irresponsible and disgusting behavior. Never going there again.

    Went there once this year. Small, atmosphere ok. But the staff is downright rude. They were blatantly insulting.
    Been a long time since I was so disgusted with how I was being treated by wait staff in a bar or restaurant that I walked out immediately -- but such is Rally Cap Pub.
    Recommend avoiding it.
